Which marketplaces can I use with SRCBuy?
SRCBuy currently supports product workflows for Taobao, Tmall, 1688, and Weidian. A listing can still be unavailable because of seller stock, product restrictions, link format, or route eligibility.
Is product payment the same as international shipping payment?
No. The marketplace purchase and international shipment are separate stages. The first covers the product request and applicable China domestic freight. International shipping is reviewed after warehouse arrival and parcel preparation.
What does the basic warehouse check include?
Receiving records and available photos can help compare visible quantity, variant, exterior condition, and order information. They do not guarantee hidden functionality, authenticity, certification, durability, or professional inspection results.
Can I combine products from different supported marketplaces?
Eligible warehouse arrivals can be selected for consolidation. The final parcel plan depends on item compatibility, restrictions, packing requirements, route rules, and destination.
Why can the shipping estimate change?
Final weight, dimensions, consolidation, protective packaging, cargo classification, carrier rounding, route availability, and destination handling can differ from the values entered before packing.
