Understand the Costs Before You Buy and Ship

SRCBuy separates marketplace purchasing costs from international shipment costs. Review the line items shown at each stage, understand which amounts are dynamic, and confirm the displayed total before payment.

Current values come from listing, order, calculation, and route data shown in the applicable workflow.

Two payment stages

Match each cost to the information available

Purchase review can show product, seller freight, applicable service, selected option, and current calculation lines before the marketplace order is submitted.

Shipment review begins after warehouse packing provides parcel information. This is why international shipping cannot be finalized from the seller listing alone.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

When is the purchasing service fee calculated?

The applicable purchasing service fee is calculated during purchase review under applicable current rules. Review the line item and the displayed total before payment.

Why is international shipping not included in the first payment?

International shipping uses the prepared parcel weight, dimensions, cargo information, destination, and routes available during shipment review. This is why international shipping cannot be finalized from the seller listing alone.

Can a product or shipping amount change after an estimate?

Yes. Seller data, order details, warehouse measurements, packing choices, route availability, and submitted inputs can change the amount shown. Review the current line items and confirm the displayed total before payment.

Are customs duties and import taxes included?

No. Duties, taxes, brokerage, and other destination charges are part of an external process and may be collected from the recipient under rules applied by destination authorities.

How are refunds handled when an order changes?

Refund handling depends on the order record, seller outcome, payment status, timing, and applicable Return Policy. Contact SRCBuy with the order details so the available next step can be reviewed.
